Building Mindfulness and Regulation Skills

Mindfulness and coping skills are important in helping us explore your symptoms and understand your emotions and body signals.

Processing the Trauma

Together, we'll slowly process your trauma using somatic and IFS to help reduce the impact of it on your daily life and living.

Honoring your Story & Resiliency

As we build our relationship, I welcome you to share the parts of your story that you choose to share with me. You survived and are here now, let's honor the parts of you that brought you to this point.

The possibilities of trauma therapy...

A full, vibrant life is possible.

Trauma Therapy

Somatic Therapy

Somatic therapy supports trauma healing by helping clients safely reconnect with their bodies, where trauma is often stored as sensations, tension, or shutdown rather than just memories. Through gentle awareness, grounding, and regulated movement or breath, we work to allow the nervous system to release survival responses and build a felt sense of safety and control.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

IFS helps heal trauma by identifying and gently connecting with the protective and wounded parts that formed in response to overwhelming & traumatic experiences. By approaching these parts with curiosity and compassion, we can unburden pain, reduce inner conflict, and restore a sense of safety and self-trust.
