Somatic Therapy

Somatic therapy helps people process grief by tuning into the body, where emotions often live when words fall short. By gently bringing awareness to sensations, breath, and movement, you can release held tension, feel more grounded, and move through grief in a way that honors both the emotional and physical impact of loss.
