Approach
Therapy reminds me of spring cleaning.

Much like decluttering a home, therapy can feel messy, overwhelming, and slow at times. But it’s also a process of discovery, transformation, and renewal. Together, we’ll unpack and reorganize your life to uncover meaning, connection, and even moments of humor. We’ll take stock of what brings you joy, what no longer serves you, and what parts of yourself might have been overlooked. Most importantly, we’ll compassionately tend to the areas that need care and attention.

Through our work together, you can expect to develop a deeper connection with yourself, fostering self-compassion, clarity, and resilience. As you gain greater understanding and acceptance of who you are, you may find an increased ability to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and authenticity. This inner transformation often leads to stronger, more fulfilling relationships with others, as you cultivate connection, trust, and alignment in your personal and social life.

In my practice, I offer a compassionate, honest, and affirming space to help you achieve your goals and build on your strengths. I work with individuals impacted by trauma, sexual trauma, chronic illness, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and feelings of low self-worth. My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, with a focus on aligning your physical, mental, emotional, and social goals with our work together.

I believe in the wisdom of the body and the power of integrating it into therapy. Using techniques like mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic awareness, we’ll connect to your body’s signals as a guide for healing and self-understanding.
